Frequently Asked Questions

How long do the meals last in the fridge?

Meals last 1 week in the fridge. So, when you receive your meals on Saturday, they have a refrigerated life of one week! They will last until your next delivery.

How do I sign up?

Place your order online by Tuesday night to receive meal delivery on Saturday morning. Easy as that!

Do I need to purchase the bag?

The first bag is on us! After that, we ask that you put the previous week’s bag out on your front porch on Saturday mornings so that we can pick them up, sanitize, and re-use them. This makes our operation as eco-friendly as possible!

Do you offer gluten free options?

Yes! We offer many gluten free and dairy free items each week.

Are there alternative options to delivery, where I can pickup my meals?

We offer pickup at our kitchen on Saturday Mornings in North Charleston. Soon, we will have a pickup location on Johns Island as well!
