Between seemingly endless quarantine, our favorite restaurants re-opening, and stress about schools starting up again (or not?), it is quite possible that some of us (*ahem* myself included) may have put our eating habits on the back burner + as a result, have added on an extra couple of pounds.
I know myself, and I am TOTALLY guilty of emotionally eating!
But – I believe that group accountability + a set, (not too strict!!) program is fundamental in getting the results we want to see!!
