As a reminder, (if you have ordered before) we would greatly appreciate it if you could please leave out your previous week’s delivery bag on your porch, so we may sanitize and re-use them. Thank you so much for helping us be an eco-friendly business!

Heating Instructions:

Grilled Chicken Caesar

Crunchy Kale Salad 

  • Eat Cold and Enjoy!

Honey Soy Glazed Salmon + Broccoli + Coconut Rice

  • Heat oven to 325, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon on tray and heat for 10-15 minutes. Check for desired temperature, and bake for a longer time if needed. While salmon is heating, heat rice and broccoli on stovetop, adding 1/4 cup of water over medium low heat, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!


  • Heat oven to 350, bake covered with foil facing up for 25 minutes. Check for desired temperature and  bake for a longer time if needed. Enjoy!

 Mexican Cilantro Lime Shrimp Burrito Bowl

  • Add 1/4 cup of water to a pot, and bring to a boil. Once water begins to boil, add all burrito bowl components, except the cilantro. Stir rapidly to prevent starches from sticking. When mixture has reached desired temperature, remove from heat & top with cilantro and lime dressing. Enjoy!

BBQ Chicken + Roasted Sweet Potatoes + Broccoli

  • Line a sheet tray with foil and a heat oven to 325, and 2 TBS of oil to prevent sticking. Add BBQ Chicken, sweet potatoes, and broccoli and heat for 10-15 minutes. Check for desired temperature and bake additional time if needed. Enjoy!
