Vegetarian Spinach Stuffed Shells
- Heat oven to 325. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper & spray with non-stick spray. Bake shells on sheet tray for 20-25 minutes. Check for desired temperature & bake longer if needed. Enjoy!
Lemon Salmon + Brussel Sprouts + Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- Line a sheet tray with foil and heat oven to 325. Place salmon, sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts on sheet tray and heat for 15 mins. Check for desired temperature and continue heating if necessary. Enjoy!

- Add 2 tbs of Olive Oil (or butter for a richer flavor!) to a medium sauce pan and add of the pasta dish’s components, while setting aside fresh basil. Heat, on medium low, stirring occasionally to ensure heated throughout. When ready to serve top with fresh basil and enjoy!
Mexican Cilantro Lime Shrimp Burrito Bowl
- Add 1 Tbs of Olive Oil and 1 Tbs of Water to a medium sauce pan. Add all of the burrito bowl components, (except the cilantro lime dressing!) and stir to combine. Heat on medium low, stirring occasionally to ensure heated throughout. Serve with a drizzle of our cilantro lime dressing. Enjoy!
