Heating Instructions

1. Grilled Chicken Caesar:

  • Eat Cold & Enjoy!

2. Handmade Meatballs + Spaghetti + Our Signature Red Sauce:

  • Heat on Stovetop with 1 Tbs Olive Oil over medium low, stirring occasionally, until heated throughout. Enjoy!

 3. Charred Brussel Sprout & Spring Green Salad:

  • Eat cold & Enjoy!

4. Honey Glazed Sriracha Meatballs + Brown Rice:

  • Heat oven to 325, line sheet tray with foil and bake meatballs for 8-10 mins. Meanwhile, add 1/4 cup of water to pot & add brown rice. Heat over medium low, stirring occasionally until hot.

5. Vegan Curried Chickpea Salad 

  • Eat Cold & Enjoy!

6. Hawaiian Huli Grilled Chicken + Grilled Pineapple + Rice

  • Add 1/4 cup of water to a pot, and bring to a boil. Once water begins to boil, add rice and turn down the heat to low. Stir occasionally until desired temperature is reached. For Chicken & Pineapple, In a medium saute pan, add a lot of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and bring to a medium temperature. When oil starts to smoking lightly, add the chicken and pineapple and pan fry until warm. Combine everything once all ingredients are heated. Enjoy!

7. Pesto Baked Salmon + Goat Cheese Orzo Pasta + Broccoli:

  • Heat Goat Cheese Orzo over medium low heat on stove top with 1 Tbs of Olive Oil or Butter, stirring occasionally until warm. Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with foil and heat salmon in oven at 325 for 15-20 minutes. Check for desired temperature, and bake for longer amount of time if needed.
