Meals Delivered August 1st – Reheating Instructions


Grilled Chicken Caesar

  • Eat Cold and Enjoy!

Fruit Salad

  • Eat Cold and Enjoy!

Triple Citrus Salmon + Asparagus + Roasted Sweet Potatoes

  • Heat oven time 325, and line a sheet tray with foil. Heat salmon, sweet potatoes, and asparagus for 10-15 minutes checking for desired temperature at the 10 minute mark. Enjoy!

Vegetarian 5 Minute Marinara + Zucchini Pasta/Standard Pasta

  • Add 1 Tbs of Butter or Olive Oil to pan and heat everything over medium low heat, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!

BBQ Chicken + Roasted Sweet Potatoes + Broccoli

  • Heat oven time 325, and line a tray with foil. Heat chicken, sweet potatoes, and broccoli for 10-15 minutes checking for desired temperature at the 10 minute mark. Enjoy!

Seared Scallops + Roasted Vegetable Salad:

  • Heat over stovetop in pan, adding no oil or liquid. Keep stirring until heated evenly throughout. Let cool to room temperature & enjoy!

Honey Sriracha Glazed Meatballs + Organic Brown Rice

  • Pre-heat oven to 323 and bake meatballs for 110 – 15 minutes, check for desired temperature and bake additional time if needed. Meanwhile, in a pot on the stove top, add 1/4 cup of water & rice (set aside carrots + limes for garnish) and heat up rice over medium low heat, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
