Grilled Chicken Caesar

Honey Garlic Salmon + Organic Brown Rice + Organic Roasted Carrots

  • Heat oven time 325, and line a tray with foil. Heat salmon + carrots for 10-15 minutes checking for desired temperature at the 10 minute mark. Add 1 Tbs of Olive oil and 1/4 cup water to a pot on the stove top. Heat over medium low, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!

Ground Beef Stuffed Peppers

  • Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 25-30 minutes uncovered. Enjoy!

Honey Sriracha Glazed Organic Meatballs + Organic Brown Rice

  • Add 1 tbs of Olive Oil and 1/4 cup of water to a medium sauce pan. Add ingredients to pan and stir to combine. Heat on medium low, stirring occasionally to ensure heated throughout. Enjoy!

Asian Inspired Shrimp Fried Rice

  • Add 2 Tbs of Olive Oil to a sauce pan and heat on the stovetop over medium low. Add whole dish to sauce pan, heating and stirring occasionally to ensure even heating. Enjoy!

Vegan Chickpea Tikka Masala + Rice

  • Add 1 tbs of Olive oil to a medium sauce pan and pour rice + tikka into it. Heat on medium low, stirring occasionally to ensure heated throughout. Enjoy!

Seared Scallops + Roasted Vegetable Salad

  • Heat over stovetop in pan, adding no oil or liquid. Keep stirring until heated evenly throughout. Let cool to room temperature & enjoy!

Chicken Parmesan + Angel Hair Pasta

  • Add 1 tbs of Olive oil or butter to a sauce pan, and add angel hair pasta. Stir over medium low heat, until evenly re-heated. While you are heating pasta, bake chicken parmesan in the oven for 20 minutes at 325. Broil the cheese for 3 minutes at the end. Enjoy with pasta!
