Grilled Chicken Caesar

Charred Brussel Sprout + Spring Mix Salad

  • Eat Cold & Enjoy!

Greek Tortellini Pasta Salad

  • Eat Cold & Enjoy!

Fruit Salad

  • Eat Cold and Enjoy!

Lemon Salmon + Spring Mix Salad

  • Enjoy chilled! Or, if you prefer heat the salmon in the oven at 325 for 10-15 mins, and enjoy spring mix salad on the side. Enjoy!

BBQ Chicken + Broccoli + Roasted Sweet Potatoes

  • Bake meal components in preheated oven at 325 on a sheet tray lined with foil for 15-20 minutes, check for desired temperature and continue heating if necessary. Enjoy!

Grilled Teres Minor + Chimichurri + Roasted Vegetable Salad

  • Heat pan to medium high heat, add 1 Tbs oil. When oil lightly smokes, spread oil in the pan and add vegetable salad mixture. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan turn down the heat to medium, add 1/4 Cup of water. Cover and steam for 2-5 minutes. Add the steak and toss until desired temperature is reached. Enjoy!

Sautéed Shrimp + Sweet Potato Mash

  • Add 2 Tbs of butter to a sauce pan and heat on the stovetop over medium low. Add sweet potato mash, and stir occasionally until heated throughout. In a separate pan, add 2 tbs of butter or olive oil and re-heat shrimp over medium low heat, stirring occasionally until desired temperature is reached. Serve together & Enjoy!
