Grilled Teres Minor + Chimichurri + Roasted Vegetable Salad
- Heat pan to medium high heat, add 1 Tbs oil. When oil lightly smokes, spread oil in the pan and add vegetable salad mixture. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan turn down the heat to medium, add 1/4 Cup of water. Cover and steam for 2-5 minutes. Add the steak and toss until desired temperature is reached. Enjoy!
Sautéed Shrimp + Sweet Potato Mash
- Add 2 Tbs of butter to a sauce pan and heat on the stovetop over medium low. Add sweet potato mash, and stir occasionally until heated throughout. In a separate pan, add 2 tbs of butter or olive oil and re-heat shrimp over medium low heat, stirring occasionally until desired temperature is reached. Serve together & Enjoy!
