Honey Soy Glazed Salmon + Broccoli + Coconut Rice
- Line a sheet tray with foil and heat oven to 325. Place salmon, and broccoli on sheet tray and heat for 15 mins. Check for desired temperature and continue heating if necessary. Heat rice in a sauce pan on the stovetop with 1/4 cup of water, stirring occasionally. Combine with salmon and broccoli & enjoy!
Sauteed Shrimp + Sweet Potato Mash + Spring Relish
- Add 1 Tbs of Olive Oil to pan and saute shrimp and relish over medium low heat until desired temperature is achieved. In a separate pan, add 1 Tbs of butter or Olive Oil to pan and heat sweet potato mash over medium low heat, stirring occasionally. Combine & Enjoy!
