Meals Delivered July 18th – Heating Instructions


Grilled Chicken Caesar

  • Eat Cold and Enjoy!

No Bake Energy Bites

  • Keep Refrigerated and Enjoy!

Fruit Salad

  • Eat Cold and Enjoy!

Sesame Teriyaki Salmon + Rice + Broccoli

  • Heat oven time 325, and line a tray with foil. Heat salmon for 10-15 minutes checking for desired temperature at the 10 minute mark. Add 1 Tbs of Olive oil and 1/4 cup water to a pot on the stove top. Add rice and broccoli and heat over medium low, stirring occasionally.

Pesto Chicken + Gnocchi

  • Add 1 Tbs of Butter or Olive Oil to pan and heat everything over medium low heat, stirring occasionally. 

Asian Inspired Shrimp Fried Rice

  • Add 1 Tbs of Olive Oil to pan and heat everything over stop top on medium low heat, stirring occasionally. 

White Chicken Chili

  • Heat over medium low heat on stove top, stirring occasionally to ensure heating throughout.

Our Signature Bolognese Sauce + Zoodles ( Or regular pasta)

  • Add 1 Tbs of Olive Oil to pan and heat over medium low heat on stove top, stirring occasionally to ensure heating throughout.

Tomato Basil Tart

  • Heat oven to 325 and bake for 20-25 mins, checking for desired temperature starting at the 20 minute mark. Enjoy!
