Sesame Teriyaki Salmon + Rice + Broccoli
- Heat oven time 325, and line a tray with foil. Heat salmon for 10-15 minutes checking for desired temperature at the 10 minute mark. Add 1 Tbs of Olive oil and 1/4 cup water to a pot on the stove top. Add rice and broccoli and heat over medium low, stirring occasionally.
Italian Sausage + Peppers + Rice
- Add 1 Tbs of Butter or Olive Oil to pan and heat everything over medium low heat, stirring occasionally.
Mexican Lime Shrimp Burrito Bowl
- Add 1/4 cup of water to a pot, and bring to a boil. Once water begins to boil, and add all burrito bowl components. Stir rapidly to prevent starches from sticking. When mixture has reached desired temperature, remove from heat & top with cilantro and lime dressing. Enjoy!
Lemon Artichoke Chicken + Broccoli + Organic Brown Rice
- Add 3 Tbs of Water + 1 Tbs of Olive Oil to a pan on stove top. Heat everything over medium low heat, stirring occasionally to ensure heating throughout.
Baked Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
- Pre-heat oven to 350 and bake for 25-30 minutes, check for desired temperature and bake additional time if needed.
