Meals Delivered September 26th – Heating Instructions


Grilled Chicken Caesar

  • Eat Cold and Enjoy!

Ginger Glazed Mahi + Toasted Sesame Sautéed Kale + Roasted Carrots

Place everything on a foil (or parchment lined) sheet tray and heat your oven to 350. Once oven is pre-heated, place sheet tray in the oven for 12-15 minutes and check for desired temperature. Cook additional time if needed. Enjoy!

Orange Glazed Zucchini Muffins

  • Store at room temp & Enjoy!

Ground Beef Stuffed Peppers

  • Bake in oven at 350 covered for 20 minutes. Uncover peppers so cheese can melt and bake 10 additional minutes. Enjoy!\

Vegan Hearty 5 Bean Chili

  • Add 1 tbs of Olive Oil to a medium sauce pan and pour in chili. Heat on medium low, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or so, and check for desired temperature. (Everyone’s stove top is different!) Heat longer if necessary & enjoy!

White Chicken Chili

  • Add 1/4 cup of water to a pot, and bring to a boil. Once water begins to boil, add rice and turn down the heat to low. Stir occasionally until desired temperature is reached. For Chicken & Pineapple, In a medium saute pan, add a lot of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and bring to a medium temperature. When oil starts to smoking lightly, add the chicken and pineapple and pan fry until warm. Combine everything once all ingredients are heated. Enjoy!

Vegan Lentil Soup

  • Heat on stove top over medium low for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally! Enjoy!

Butternut Squash Soup

  • Heat on stove top over medium low for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally! Enjoy!

Our Signature Chicken Pot Pie

  • Bake in oven at 350 for 30-35 minutes until crust is lightly browned. Enjoy!
