Meals Delivered September 5th – Heating Instructions


Grilled Chicken Caesar

Charred Brussel Sprout + Spring Mix Salad

  • Eat Cold & Enjoy!

Greek Tortellini Pasta Salad

  • Eat Cold & Enjoy!

Fruit Salad

  • Eat Cold and Enjoy!

Lemon Salmon + Asparagus + Roasted Sweet Potatoes

  • Heat salmon, and veggies on a foil lined tray for 10-15 minutes at 350 in the oven. Enjoy!

Hawaiian Huli Grilled Chicken + Grilled Pineapple + Rice

  • Add 1/4 cup of water to a pot, and bring to a boil. Once water begins to boil, add rice and turn down the heat to low. Stir occasionally until desired temperature is reached. For Chicken & Pineapple, In a medium saute pan, add a lot of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and bring to a medium temperature. When oil starts to smoking lightly, add the chicken and pineapple and pan fry until warm. Combine everything once all ingredients are heated. Enjoy!

Cilantro Lime Chicken Burrito Bowl

  • Add 1 tbs of Olive Oil to a medium sauce pan. Add all of the burrito bowl components, (except the cilantro lime dressing!) and stir to combine. Heat on medium low, stirring occasionally to ensure heated throughout. Serve with a drizzle of our cilantro lime dressing. Enjoy!

Homestyle Spaghetti + Meatballs

  • Heat pan to medium high heat, add 1 Tbs oil or butter. Add meal components to a large pot over stovetop. Heat over medium low and stir occasionally until evenly heated. Enjoy!

Garlic Shrimp Alfredo + Pasta

  • Heat 1 Tbs of olive oil or butter over medium low on stove top. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally until heated throughout. Enjoy!
