Meet the Owner & Founder of Stew, Katrina! 🥕
Katrina & her husband moved down to Charleston almost 3 years ago from Boston, MA. In Boston, Katrina was a manager for a catering company that specialized in serving healthy food.
She moved to Johns Island a little over a year ago and has fallen in love with the country life she has come to know and appreciate. She has 3 dogs, a huge backyard, and her own flock of chickens at home. Her favorite being, “Ken” the rooster, who is pictured with her in her head shot.
Katrina founded Stew because she saw a need for fresh, healthy, easily accessible meals for busy families & individuals in the Lowcountry.
“My goals is to make it easier for busy families to eat healthier meals, without having to sacrifice their time. I want them to be able to reach into their fridge, and know that they have something delicious & nutritious that they can either take to work for lunch, or heat up for their family at dinner time. We want our customers to feel good about what they are eating and feeding their families.”
